Join us for an immersive 90-minute experience designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit through the healing power of Tibetan sound, gentle movement, reflective journaling, and heartfelt connection.
We’ll begin by grounding into the space with light, intuitive movement to awaken and release any tension held within the body. As we soften into this present moment, you'll be guided through a meditative Tibetan sound bath, where the ancient vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and energetic balance. These sacred sounds will invite you into a state of inner stillness, helping to clear stagnant energy and align you with your natural rhythm.
Following the sound bath, you’ll be invited to explore your truth through journaling. With prompts to guide reflection, you’ll have space to process and integrate the emotions, insights, and energy shifts experienced during the session.
We’ll close with an opportunity to share in authentic connection. In a safe and supportive circle, you can speak from the heart, express what you’re feeling, and listen deeply to others. This collective energy of community fosters a sense of belonging and allows you to leave the space feeling more grounded, connected, and uplifted.
